Bob Ewing (AKA Bobby Ewing) worked many years in the Movie and Television Industry as a sound and camera expert.

The now famous Knife Crafter and renowned Team Roper earned two EMMYS.

It is that dedication to detail and perfection that has allowed Bob to develop   his new passion…

The hand crafting of Quality Knives and Spurs, designed with the active Horseman and Outdoorsmen in mind.

Bob suffered through 3 strokes at work and  retired  7 years ago and began walking 4 or 5 days a week.

It was on those walks in the mountains around Los Angeles that he began to pick up wood from streams fashion them into unique Walking Sticks Bob Ewing Knives Rasp Bladewhen he got home

Being an avid roper for years,  Bob knew the safety of a roper, horseman and hunters to have a quality knife easily available.

5 years ago he saw a knife that he  liked and decided HE could make one “better”.

Bob Ewing always liked to recycle (re-purpose) so he started to make knives and spurs from horse shoeing rasps and files and Bob Ewing Knives was born……Bob teamed up with  partners, Paco ChevezDan Samonas and Stu Lawery about 3 years ago and started making leather goods and spurs..

Each of Bob Ewing’s Knives and spurs are carefully crafted and materials chosen to assure the highest in standards and utility. Bob also works with organizations to help them provide Valuable Awards for Team Ropings , Rodeos, barrel races and other Performance Horse Events
